Privacy and Shipping

IBS is dedicated to providing a safe and secure shopping environment. Our Ecommerce site will allow you to shop and review our products; however, in order to make a purchase you will need to create a username and password.

Your username and password along with the information you enter including but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, products stored or purchased, tax exempt documentation, shipping method desired, contact person, and payment information will not be shared with anyone unless they need to know. Such as shipping address to the common carrier, payment information to the merchant service provider, Etc. As the manufacturer does the direct shipping for IBS, your name, address, contact information, shipping address, and items ordered will be conveyed to the manufacturer who will convey the shipping and contact information to the common carrier to direct ship the items ordered to your requested destination. No other information will be shared with the manufacturer.

The merchant service provider will be conveyed your name, address, contact information, and payment instructions via a secured internet connection from our secured and encrypted Ecommerce payment gateway. The payment gateway is maintained by IBS and our Ecommerce partners, and is in compliance with all PCI Security Standard Council guidelines for a secure shopping environment.

IBS uses a common carrier to direct ship product from the manufacturer to the client’s shipping address. Depending on the size of the order, the common carrier can be USPS, UPS, and/or an independent common carrier of the manufacturer’s choosing at the lowest price possible to your destination. The manufacturer uses the most efficient and cost effective method to ship the products to your destination at IBS’s request. Shipping is always included for orders over $2,500.00 otherwise it’s a flat fee based on the shipping method. When items of different shipping classes are combined the order will be combined and shipped using the next higher shipping class for the combined order. Example A – The client buys items in class F and E shipping class will be D. Example B – The client buys multiple items in D and E shipping class could be B or C based on the quantity.
